Why Small Group Sessions Aren’t Bookable Online
Small group personal training at Lionheart is intentionally organized, not first-come, first-served.
We carefully place clients into small groups based on training experience, goals, schedules, and personality fit so everyone gets the coaching and environment they need to succeed.
Because of this, and due to scheduling limitations within our booking software, small group sessions are scheduled manually by our team rather than booked online.
This allows us to:
Keep groups capped at 2–3 people per coach
Ensure everyone follows their own individualized program
Match you with the right training partners
Maintain a high level of coaching and attention every session
